Return Policy
COVID-19 Update!
Due to supply chain instability caused by the coronavirus pandemic, we may need to replace flowers, products and containers, which may exceed 30% of normal volume. Regardless, we will always replace with an item of equal or greater value. This policy is in effect until July 15, 2021 or further notice.
Returns
The policy is valid for 30 days. If it has been more than 30 days since you purchased the item, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging.
Some items cannot be returned. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept items such as intimate or hygiene products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.

Gift cards,
Downloadable software products,
Select health and personal care items
If an order is canceled due to customer error, including but not limited to: wrong address, wrong delivery date, wrong product, wrong instructions, a 15% restocking fee and a $9.99 handling fee will be deducted from the refund.
In order to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
In some cases, only partial refunds are allowed (if applicable)
Books that show obvious signs of use
Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes or vinyl records
Any item that is not in original condition, damaged through no fault of ours, or missing parts
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved.
If the refund is approved, we will process your refund and automatically refund the money to your credit card or your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Delayed or missing refund (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially credited.
Next, please contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time for the refund to be credited.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange for the same item, please email Support@AbigailWood.shop and ship the item to: 675 Ponce De Leon Ave NE Suite W121B, Atlanta, GA 30308.
Gifts:
If the item you purchased was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift certificate for the value of your return. The gift certificate will be mailed to you after we receive the return.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the gift giver shipped the order to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver and he will be aware of your return.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to arrive may vary.
If you are shipping an item valued at more than $75, please consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
